1974 Volkswagen Bus for Sale in New York

This 1974 Volkswagen Type 2 Kombi Microbus is a fully restored classic finished in a two-tone Brilliant Orange and Pastel White. The interior has been refreshed to better-than-original condition with new orange-and-white vinyl upholstery, matching door panels, new carpeting, and a well-maintained headliner. Power comes from the 1.8L air-cooled flat-four engine, backed by a 4-speed manual transaxle, fitted with an aftermarket 2V intake/carburetor and a custom exhaust system, and it runs smoothly without the need for a rebuild. The solid chassis retains four-wheel drum brakes, steel wheels with radial tires, and new rear half shafts with CV joints. With its combination of iconic styling, functional simplicity, and vibrant presentation, this 1974 Microbus is a standout example of Volkswagen’s timeless design, ready to drive and enjoy.
