1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport for Sale in Texas

The car is beautifully finished in its correct Chateau Slate 2-stage paint, applied over solid, rust-free sheet metal. Every seam and panel alignment has been carefully restored to a better-than-factory standard, emphasizing the attention to detail in the rebuild. Classic Super Sport trim elements, including the black grille, black valance, and peaked hood, contribute to the car's bold and aggressive look. Accentuated with period-correct emblems and trim, this Chevelle stands ready to turn heads at any show or cruise. At the heart of this Chevelle lies the legendary 396ci/375hp big-block V8, the most powerful engine option available for the 1966 SS model. This numbers-matching engine is in exceptional condition and is equipped with the lightweight Winters intake manifold, a Holley carburetor, and an upgraded roller valve-train for improved performance and reliability. The engine is paired with a period-correct Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, which sends power to the rear wheels through a durable 12-bolt rear axle.
