This 1965 Triumph TR4A is a beautifully restored British sports car that combines classic 1960s styling with modern usability and strong mechanical upgrades. Finished in Conifer Green, the body was separated from the frame for a thorough restoration. The convertible frame was refurbished, the black soft top replaced, and all brightwork refreshed. Original badges and headlight assemblies were replaced, giving the TR4A a polished, show-ready appearance. The car rides on 16-inch silver Panasport wheels with polished lips, wrapped in 215/55 Continental ExtremeContact DW tires. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums, complemented by independent rear suspension for improved handling. The cabin features a black interior refreshed during the refurbishment, with new seat covers, carpeting, weatherstripping, and switchgear. A banjo-style steering wheel frames a wood dashboard with Jaeger instrumentation, including a 120-mph speedometer, 6,000-rpm tachometer, and four auxiliary gauges. A gray roll bar has been installed behind the seats for added safety. The car is powered by the 2.1-liter inline-four, rebuilt and upgraded with dual Weber carburetors. Supporting maintenance and improvements include a replaced distributor cap, fan, water pump, engine mounts, radiator, and ongoing tune-ups including the front and rear main seals and thermostat. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, offering a classic, engaging driving experience.
