1963 Porsche 356 B Cabriolet This car had a complete floor pan off restoration in 1983, including a new floor pan from Stoddard and new side bulk heads. The Porsche was completely stripped to the metal and all the bodywork redone. As you can see in the picture before this car was restored (refer to the old scan of the brown Porsche) it was a pretty sound car.The engine it has now is a 1969 crankcase 912 style and a 1962 Super 90 third piece with an engine. This nice little Porsche is 6 volt, and electrically sound. All the running lights, wipers, horn, etc. work great. There is Becker AM FM radio in the dash that works, along with a very rare Becker cassette player, that runs off a converter, mounted in the glove box. The interior looks excellent with the tan leatherette style upholstery, and the German weave rug. All the gauges and steering wheel are in excellent shape. It even has the fuel shut-off valve and reservoir. The convertible top is a brown Hautz cloth top, with the stock style headliner.
