This 1961 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight, renamed "Classic 98" for that year, is a rare and pristine example of a classic American luxury car. In 1961, Oldsmobile introduced several new features and body styles, including the 4-door 6-window hardtop, previously exclusive to Cadillac and Buick. The Holiday Sedan name was applied to this new body style, while the Sport Sedan replaced the previous 4-door 4-window hardtop.
