1956 Chevrolet Corvette Blue with Ivory Coves & Interior FOR SALE: A 1956 Corvette Convertible, 283 (1957 Period Correct) V8 4 bbl.NON-matching #s (looks correct but 56's were 265 V8's), 4 Speed upgrade (56's were 3 spd's), 3:70 Posi Rearend. Early production #515 with "Painted Headlight Rings". This 1956 Corvette was built Friday March 16th 1956, it was the 7th out of 18 Corvette's built that day! This is a nicer unrestored Driver Quality Corvette. Has one older repaint back in 1972, Was Originally Cascade Green, when repainted way back in 1972 it was painted ARCTIC BLUE and Ivory Coves was added later. Paint is shinny but is OLD and has "Checking", cracks, chips, etc.etc.
