This 1956 Austin-Healey 100M BN2 Roadster is a rare “Le Mans” model, one of only 640 factory-built examples. Finished in striking two-tone red and black over black leather, the car features a louvered hood with leather tie-down strap, a removable black soft top, tonneau cover, adjustable windshield, and removable side curtains. Classic 15-inch knock-off wire wheels are fitted with period-correct tires, and drum brakes at all four corners are complemented by upgraded suspension components for improved handling. Inside, the cabin offers black leather bucket seats with red piping, a heater, door pockets, a passenger grab handle, and lap belts. A banjo-style steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation, including a 120-mph speedometer, 6,000-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Under the hood, the 100M-spec 2.7-liter inline-four delivers spirited performance with larger carburetors, a higher-lift camshaft, and high-compression pistons. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive and a header exhaust system.
