The 1956 Lincoln Premiere Convertible is an exceptionally rare and meticulously restored example, one of only 2,447 produced. This stunning convertible underwent a complete body-off restoration completed, returning the car to original specifications while ensuring modern reliability and drivability. The drivetrain features a fully rebuilt engine, transmission, and fuel and cooling systems, complemented by a new aluminized dual exhaust system. The chassis received a full restoration including sandblasting and painting of the frame and major suspension components, with fully restored power steering and brakes, all new lines and hoses, and new whitewall tires mounted on the original wheels. The body was refinished in its original Starmist White using high-quality Sikkens single-stage urethane, and all exterior and interior brightwork—including pot metal, chrome, and stainless—has been re-chromed or polished to a concours level. The hydraulically operated convertible top bow assembly was completely disassembled, restored, and fitted with new hydraulic lines, hoses, and weather seals.
